Clinic Director & Principal Osteopath
Nagma graduated from the European School of Osteopathy. She has experience treating patients from various specialist clinics such as treatment of babies, children, women’s health and sports clinic. Nagma is also a certified Mummy MOT® practitioner with focus on pregnant women and postnatal assessment and recovery.
Her time spent working for the NHS and other fields of health care, has garnered her the experience of treating people from all ages and in different clinical scenarios, ranging from surgical to acute settings. With an empathetic and holistic approach, Nagma is able to adapt to the specific needs of each patient. Her treatments include cranial, visceral and structural osteopathic techniques integrated with therapeutic massage and myofascial release.
By integrating her medical background with her knowledge of Osteopathy, Nagma has created a unique way of working with patients. The aim of her work is to release tension by addressing not only the painful areas, but also taking into consideration the function of the brain on the body, thereby creating space for release, self-healing and co-regulation. This may at times, include unwinding layers of trauma that can build up through life, or as a result of particular events. She believes firmly in educating and empowering people by giving them advice on exercise and lifestyle changes to encourage patients’ active recovery.
Nagma is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and she is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC UK). As part of her continued professional development, she enjoys taking regular courses in areas of interest such as paediatrics and women’s health.
Our approach to osteopathy is holistic, meaning we treat the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. We understand that the body’s structure and function are interconnected and, by restoring balance, we can improve overall health and well-being. We take into account your lifestyle, emotional state and medical history to develop a treatment plan that is as unique and personalised.
We believe that effective care starts with listening. We take the time to understand your story, concerns and health goals, creating a trusting partnership that forms the foundation of our treatments. Our compassionate approach ensures you feel heard, respected and supported throughout your healing journey, making every visit a positive step toward your well-being.
We believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Our treatments are gentle, hands-on and non-invasive, using techniques like manipulation, stretching and massage to improve mobility, relieve tension and restore function. By working with your body’s natural processes, we aim to reduce the need for medications or surgery, focusing on a safe and effective path to recovery.
We don't just treat pain; we work to prevent it. Through education and guidance, we empower you with the knowledge to make healthier choices, improve posture and adopt habits that support your body’s resilience. Our goal is to not only address your current concerns, but also to equip you with tools to maintain long-term health and prevent future problems.
Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please respect our therapists and give them more than 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or not attended will be charged the full appointment fee.
